In January 2024, a significant flood incident impacted Nine Two Nine, causing extensive damage that required immediate attention. The flooding resulted in 40% of the building needing comprehensive repairs, necessitating a collaborative and efficient response from KGIP, in partnership with BluSky Restoration, to restore the property and support its tenants. Regular updates were provided to tenants, and direct engagement ensured that their needs and concerns were addressed promptly. This proactive approach fostered a sense of community and cooperation during a challenging time. This incident tested KGIP’s capabilities and highlighted the importance of efficient response strategies in commercial property management. Through diligent efforts and strategic partnerships, the building was restored to its original state, while meeting all lease deadlines, demonstrating KGIP’s commitment to excellence in tenant satisfaction and property stewardship.
