112th @ 12th is a Class A, 480,000 square foot office building downtown Bellevue.  KGIP managed the property for Principal Life Insurance from 2006 to 2016.

When Principal decided to sell the asset in 2016, KGIP was instrumental during the due diligence process.  When the new buyer, Gemini Rosement, conducted tenant interviews, KGIP  received excellent reviews, and as a result, we retained the management contract and continue to provide excellent service to our client and tenants.
