In a competitive office market, sometimes it all comes down to amenities. KGIP managed the construction of a new tenant lounge at the property.  The owner wanted to provide a fun and spacious area to give employees a great space to go on their breaks, with comfortable seating and activities.  The lounge also includes TV’s, private booths and a state of the art conference room.

KGIP regularly hosts social events in the lounge to allow tenants to get to know one another and to build a sense of community.

This assists in retaining current tenants and attracting new tenants.
