In 2024, KGIP identified an opportunity to enhance the appeal and functionality of its commercial office space by constructing a new pavilion. The initiative aimed to provide additional amenities that would retain existing tenants and attract new ones, differentiating the building from competitors in the area. To ensure the pavilion met the needs and desires of tenants, KGIP undertook a comprehensive consultative process, which included tenant amenity surveys, broker consultation, and competitive analysis. The development of the new pavilion, including the addition of a Gourmondo cafĂ©, represents KGIP’s proactive approach to enhancing its commercial office space. By listening to tenant feedback and leveraging market insights, KGIP is not only improving the property but also reinforcing its commitment to tenant satisfaction and retention. The anticipated opening in November 2024 marks an exciting new chapter for the building and its community
