KGIP Turns 25!

We are elated to announce this month marks our 25th anniversary as a company! Over this time, we’ve grown our original two clients into a regional commercial real estate firm with 14 offices across Washington, Oregon, and California. Staying true to our belief in the potential of projects is certainly one contributing factor to our success across the past decades but any organization, no matter how well designed, is only as good as its people.

In that regard, this milestone for KGIP is more than a celebration of all we have accomplished throughout the years; it is a special time to acknowledge those talented and dedicated team members we are lucky enough to work with every day. We are proud to currently have a team of more than 125 people across the West Coast. They not only maintain the same standard of service, innovation, and commitment established by the original KGIP team in 2001 but constantly strive to improve the way we continue to serve our clients.

Over the years, we’ve prioritized acquiring, developing, and managing commercial real estate in such a way that upholds the modern standards for green development, supports owners in the procurement and maintenance of sustainability certifications, and bridges the gap between our client’s team and ours. These meaningful connections are what has led to our billions of dollars in West Coast commercial real estate — connections made possible by all those members of our team.
