Nick has been a KGIP team member since August 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of an office project in Kirkland, Washington. He works directly with tenants and vendors to complete tenant work orders, schedule repairs, oversee tenant improvement projects and ensure quality control of services.
Nick complements the properties by maintain a safe working environment by upholding safety requirements, coordinates projects and repairs, and ensuring operation of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, and Fire/Life/Safety equipment in these properties. He also Manages building projects such as lighting upgrades and common area improvements.
Prior to joining KGIP, he transitioned as a Building Engineer with Schnitzer West, LLC and had work there for 2 years. During that time, Nick had exposure to commercial high-rise and mixed used industrial properties. Those properties stretched as far down south of the I-5 corridor in Lakewood, WA all the up north as far as Bothell, WA. He took part in the commissioning of the Centre 425 project in Bellevue developed by Schnitzer West. Nick holds an Electrical 07 Trainee Card.
