Juan has been with a KGIP since February 2004 and is responsible for day-to-day maintenance and operations of Lincoln Place, a Class A office space totaling 148,758 square feet in Bellevue. He works directly with tenants and vendors, to complete tenant generated work orders, and buildings inspections, coordinate small projects, oversee special projects as directed by Property Managers to ensure safety guidelines and requirements are met.
Juan assists the Property Management team with oversight of and quality control of vendor services including janitorial, building security, landscape maintenance, HVAC fire/ life/ safety, plumbing, roofing, lighting and electrical systems.
Prior to joining KGIP, he worked for Market Place 1 & 2, 2003 Western Inc. for 7 years as a Chief Engineer, also assisted property management. He also worked for the Bank of America Tower as an engineer with Right Runstad and Company. He also worked for The Columbia Tower Club 75th & 76 Floors as a director of engineering and maintenance for 7 years.
He went through the Engineering Apprentice Program at Washington Mutual Tower with Right Runstad and Company.
