Jeff joined KGIP in 2002 and is currently a Chief Engineer handing the downtown Seattle portfolio. He manages the day to day operations and maintenance of the office and retail portfolio, including ensuring prompt, courteous service for the building tenants, vendors and contractors. He coordinates building improvement projects, budgeted capital improvement projects and tenant improvement construction.
Jeff also maintains a high level of professional relationships with tenants as well as vendors. He has extensive working relationships with a wide variety of service, construction contractors in the Seattle area, while overseeing all types of maintenance and construction projects over the years.
Prior to joining KGIP, Jeff worked at Clise Properties and Martin Smith as a Building Engineer.
Jeff received his SMA (Service Maintenance Administrator) and SMT (Service Maintenance Technician) certifications and holds his 07 Electrical license.
