James joined KGIP in 2005 when KGIP aquired the 112th @ 12th property.  He is responsible for the daily operations of a 480,000 square-foot property that includes 18 stories spread across three buildings, with a 1369-stall parking garage.  His ability to handle all disciplines of Engineering makes him a positive asset to his current team.  His professionalism and prompt response with tenants as well as contractors, vendors, and visitors to the site show in the relationships he has built with them all.

James brings 40 years of experience and solutions in the field of Engineering within the greater Seattle area.  With varied crews and employers from the likes of Frederick and Nelson, the Westin Hotel, the Bank of California and property management groups like the Saby Corporation and Hines Properties.  His desire and ability to train and assist his coworkers also makes him a positive asset to the KGIP team.

James possesses current 3rd Grade Steam Engineer’s license and a Class C Refrigeration Operating Engineers licenses issued from the City Of Seattle.  He has completed numerous training classes during his career including Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen philosophies, as he spent 10 years in Manufacturing. He holds a current CPR / AED certificate and is well versed in many Fire and Life Safety control systems. He also holds a State of Washington 07 Electrical Trainee card.
