Evan joined KGIP in December 2021 as the Property Manager of Plaza Yarrow Bay on behalf of Clarion Partners. Evan is responsible for all financial reporting, capital project implementation, lease administration, accounting processes, sustainability initiatives, tenant relations, and vendor coordination at the property. He has a proven track record of accounting excellence and high-volume operations management, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
Before joining KGIP, Evan spent the prior 6 years managing commercial properties in the Greater Seattle Area for CBRE. He was responsible for asset types ranging from historic, to suburban office parks, to a Class A+ high-rise in downtown Seattle. During this time, he has overseen multiple property transitions, prepared budgets across a wide array of accounting systems, achieved LEED and Fitwel certifications for his assignments, and led one building to win the Regional TOBY award. Previous clients include DWS, Stockbridge, Kennedy Wilson, and Pacific Eagle.
Evan is an active member in BOMA Seattle King County, and helped in passing Washington state C-PACER legislation through his involvement with the Government & Affairs Committee. He holds the BOMI CMCP certification, and is working on achieving his RPA designation. He received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
