Erika, who joined KGIP in 2022, is the Property Administrator assisting with the daily operations of maintaining the properties which include tenant and vendor coordination, monthly billing, and invoicing for the California Lift Portfolio.
Prior to joining KGIP, Erika worked with Safeway for over 16 years where she developed strong customer service and administrative background. Her positive thinking, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn more make her a valuable asset to the KGIP Team.
