Avaree joined KGIP in 2019 and is new to the property management world! As the Bellevue Corporate Office Manager, she is the face of KGIP to all tenants, guests, clients, and vendors of the property. Avaree handles the administrative responsibilities and some accounting, which include managing the building phone, invoice coding, miscellaneous accounting duties, client meeting reservations, and more.
Prior to joining KGIP, Avaree worked with children and teaching for over 5 years. Avaree’s friendly, caring nature and ability to learn quickly allows her to take excellent care of every client that visits the KGIP Corporate Office while keeping to the flow of the many office tasks/duties.
