Allan joined KGIP in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, Allan supports the Seattle market by assisting in the management of the downtown portfolio. He works alongside his colleagues on the oversight of various offices and retail assets in the Seattle downtown corridor.
Allan is also responsible for continued business development. His positive relations with our tenants and clients help solidify our business and propel further growth in our market.
Before KGIP, Allan was an Associate Real Estate Manager at CBRE on the Amazon Campus Portfolio. He gained experience working on a massive Class A account and knows how to navigate in a demanding environment. He is a leader when it comes to innovating and implementing strategic standard operating procedures. He was also a key player in the oversight of diverse capital and tenant improvement projects.
Allan is an active member of BOMA Seattle King County. He is a recipient of the BOMA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion scholarship, and was able to represent the Seattle market in the 2022 BOMA International Conference. He is active on the BOMA Emerging Professional Committee where he assists with coordinating and planning networking events. Allan has amassed a wide variety of professional connections through his active participation in BOMA.
