Adryanne joined KGIP in July 2023 and serves as Assistant Property Manager on behalf of the newly acquired Nicola Wealth portfolio. Her responsibilities of day-to-day management and operations include tenant/client relations, vendor coordination, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, lease administration, special TI projects, and other administrative assignments.
She brings 4 years of experience in property management with her first year being in residential, and the rest in commercial real estate. Her experience thus far has ranged from single-tenant Class A office buildings in South Lake Union to multi-tenant office/industrial focused buildings in Snohomish County. She is excited to learn even more with her new varying portfolio with Nicola Wealth in the Seattle and Eastside markets.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and graduated as Magna Cum Laude at Arizona State University.
